Published for the tenth anniversary of BAU, an institute for contemporary art and ecology based in a multilingual Alpine region, this A3 paperback gathers artists, scientists, farmers and bakers around a shared table. Cooking and eating become the method: recipes, field notes, conversations and images trace how communities, soil and climate depend on one another. Åbäke handle the design, working at newspaper scale across 63 pages in English and Italian.
