Where we deliver
We deliver in Denmark, and to Germany, Norway and Switzerland.
For other countries, write to us at info@simonebooks.dk and we will find a way.

All prices include VAT. The 700 kr limit is the value of the goods in the order after any discount.
Home delivery is 69 kr for every order.
Gift cards are sent by e-mail. There is no delivery charge for a gift card.

Weights are for the packed parcel, box included. At checkout the price is shown in your own currency. Orders over 10 kg (over 5 kg to Switzerland): write to us for a price.
Orders to Germany include Danish VAT and have no customs charges. Orders to Norway and Switzerland are shown and charged without Danish VAT.
Customs and import charges (outside the EU). Books and magazines are usually free of customs duty, but your country may charge import VAT or a handling fee when the parcel arrives. These charges are not included in our prices and are paid by you to the carrier or customs. If a parcel is refused or not collected, we refund the goods less the delivery and return costs.
International parcels usually arrive in 3–8 working days after we send them.
When your order is sent
We normally send orders within 1–2 working days. GLS and PostNord then deliver in 1–3 working days.
When your parcel leaves us, we send you an e-mail with a tracking number.
If a book is delayed, we write to you.
Parcel shop delivery
At checkout you choose GLS or PostNord. Your parcel goes to that carrier’s parcel shop nearest your delivery address. The carrier tells you by text message or e-mail when the parcel is ready to collect.
Parcels that are not collected go back to us. We then contact you and send it again when the delivery charge has been paid again. Not collecting a parcel does not count as withdrawing from the purchase; to withdraw, tell us within the 14 days.
Home delivery
The carrier delivers to the address you give at checkout. If no one is home, the carrier follows its own rules. It may leave the parcel at a nearby parcel shop.
Pick-up in the shop
You can collect your order free of charge at Vester Voldgade 106, st. tv., 1552 København V. Choose pick-up in the shop at checkout.
Your order is usually ready within 2 hours, in opening hours. We send you an e-mail when it is ready. Show the e-mail or give your order number when you collect.
We keep your order for 14 days. Anyone with the order number may collect it. After 14 days we contact you; if we do not hear from you, we refund the order.

- Tuesday–Friday: 11:00–17:30
- Saturday–Sunday: 11:00–16:00
- Monday: closed
An order collected in the shop is still an online order. The 14-day right of withdrawal applies. The 14 days start on the day you collect. See our refund policy.
Damaged parcels
If a parcel arrives damaged, keep the packaging and write to us with a photo. We will make it right. You have the full rights described in our refund policy.
