About
Simone Book Services is an independent bookshop in the museum quarter of central Copenhagen, at Vester Voldgade 106, one minute from Ny Carlsberg Glyptotek.
The shop was founded by Tugce Kayar Subay and Ibo Subay. It opened in February 2026.
Books and magazines
The shop sells books and magazines on art, photography, design, architecture and fashion. New titles from independent publishers sit beside rare, out-of-print and limited editions.
Every book is sold either as new or as second hand. Older copies that have never been used are sold as new, and marked out of print where they are. Every second-hand copy is listed under Rare.
Second-hand copies are described on the bookseller scale, from As New to Fair, with any flaws noted. If a listing does not yet give the condition, write to info@simonebooks.dk before ordering and ask about the copy.
The online shop delivers in Denmark only. Delivery options and prices are in the shipping policy.
How books come in
New books come from distributors and publishers. Rare and second-hand copies are found at auction houses, through specialist dealers and online marketplaces, and from private estates.
Selling books to the shop
The shop buys books and collections. To offer books, e-mail photos and a list to info@simonebooks.dk.
