Your legal guarantee rights

Everything we sell, new and second hand, comes with at least two years' legal guarantee from delivery under Danish law (købeloven). If a book or other item was faulty when it reached you, or is not as described, write to info@simonebooks.dk with your order number. We repair, replace or refund. A complaint made within two months of finding the fault is always in time.

For second-hand copies, the condition stated on the product page is part of the description. Ordinary wear that matches the stated grade is not a fault.

The official EU notice on your legal guarantee is below. The legal guarantee is separate from your 14-day right to withdraw from an online order.
