Withdraw from contract

You can withdraw from an online order within 14 days of the day you receive it, or of the day you collect it in the shop. You do not have to give a reason.

Fill in the form below and confirm. Your withdrawal reaches us at once, and the page shows the date and time it was received. We then confirm it by e-mail.

After you withdraw

Send the items back within 14 days, to Simone Book Services (Simone ApS), Vester Voldgade 106, st. tv., 1552 København V, Denmark, or bring them to the shop in opening hours. You pay the return postage. We refund the price and your delivery charge, up to our cheapest delivery option, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

Magazines, newspapers and periodicals cannot be withdrawn from, except subscriptions. Faulty items are always covered: see the refund policy.
