About
The second volume of interviews from Rough Version, Francesca Gavin's monthly programme on the online station NTS Radio, covering 2022 to 2024.
Gavin, a writer and curator, devised and presents the show, in which contemporary artists talk about the music they make and the sounds that feed their work. The conversations move from listening to the artist's own practice, process and meaning.
Among the artists are Glenn Ligon, Coco Fusco, Wu Tsang, Elizabeth Price, Hew Locke, Lonnie Holley, Alvaro Barrington, Gary Simmons, Hilary Lloyd, James Richards, Sandra Mujinga, Tishan Hsu, Zadie Xa and Somaya Critchlow.
