The spring 2026 issue of the British cycling magazine, built around the Giro d'Italia and the maglia rosa, the pink jersey worn by the race leader.

Rouleur comes out eight times a year, and this issue takes pioneers and newcomers as its thread. Bart Tietema, founder of Unibet Rose Rockets, tells how three friends making YouTube videos became a ProTeam now starting the Giro. Cat Ferguson, the 19-year-old Movistar rider, and the WorldTour veteran Liane Lippert swap notes on racing and on what has changed since each of them turned professional.

With the Italian journalist Valeria Ciardiello, the magazine rides through Milan, which hosts a Giro stage finish for the ninetieth time. The under-23 world champion Lorenzo Finn, who is in no hurry to reach the top of the sport, is followed from Genoa to Rwanda by way of Sheffield and County Galway. Another feature looks at riders leaving the pressures of the European WorldTour to race in Asia.
