Holiday Interiors and Gardens — Issue 2
About
Issue 2 of Holiday Interiors and Gardens, a review of homes, gardens and objects made in Paris by the team behind Holiday magazine.
Holiday first appeared in the United States in 1946 and was revived in Paris in 2014 by Franck Durand. In autumn 2025 he launched this sister title devoted to interiors and gardens, bringing the same pairing of writers and photographers to houses and gardens. Sophie Pinet and Christopher Niquet are its co-editors-in-chief.
This spring 2026 issue looks at rooms and landscapes that change slowly through use and memory, where new things are folded into what was already there. It goes from a terrace above the Pacific at Big Sur to smaller homes shaped by everyday living. The issue was printed with six different covers. This copy has the one by Hill & Aubrey, a white house on a mountainside.
Holiday, 2026. Softcover, 27.5 x 34 cm.
