Returns

You have 14 days to change your mind. You do not have to give a reason.

The quickest way is our online form: Withdraw from contract. It is linked at the bottom of every page.

The 14 days start on the day you receive your order. If you collect it in the shop, they start on the day you collect it.

What you can return

Magazines, newspapers and periodicals. Danish law exempts them from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

If a magazine is faulty or not as described, you can still complain. See "Faulty or wrong items" below.

Tell us within 14 days. Write to info@simonebooks.dk with your order number. You can use the form below. You do not have to.
Send the item back within 14 days after you told us.
Pack it well. A book travels best wrapped, in a box or a padded envelope.
Keep your receipt for the postage.

You pay the postage for the return.

A parcel you refuse or do not collect is not a return. Write to us.

You may look through a book as you would in the shop.

If an item comes back used, marked or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Second-hand and rare items are checked against the condition stated on the product page when you bought them.

We refund within 14 days of receiving your message. We may wait until the item is back with us, or until you send us proof of postage.

If you return the whole order, we also refund your delivery charge, up to the price of our cheapest standard delivery for that order.

The money goes back to the card, account or gift card you paid with.

Missing pages, a printing error, damage in transport, or an item that is not as described is a fault. So is the wrong item.

Write to us with your order number and a photo. We pay the return postage. We repair, replace or refund.

Many of our books exist in one copy. If we cannot replace it, we refund in full.

You can complain about a fault for 2 years from delivery. Tell us soon after you find it. A complaint within 2 months is always in time.

The shop is open Tuesday–Friday 11:00–17:30 and Saturday–Sunday 11:00–16:00. Closed Monday.
