Over time he came to feel that his real contribution lay less in his own records than in getting younger people interested in electronic music and in helping to build the technology they work with. He links this to Brian Eno's view that technology moves music on as much as artists do.

Petrikas presents the book as neither a work of research nor a biography, but something to keep within reach in the studio or pack for a gig, with answers and encouragement for young producers.

139 pages, paperback, 11.5 x 18 cm.
